Hah, which one? I mailed the department of wegenenverkeer a few weeks for something similar and they assured me that ‚even though there aren’t always people at work, there’s defo some work being done‘
Recently had the municipality do some road work. They actually showed up every day and finished on schedule.
Stark contrast with the private companies that get contracted who accept more contracts than they can handle so that no one else can get the contract.
