I wonder if progressives realize that most of their goals arent something the electorate wants at their point.
Average voter is a centrist in reality.
As a progressive I have been immensely disappointed in carneys government so far. This idea that some of us get „austerity“ and some of us get „major projects“ is incredibly tone deaf policy.
I would like the left to reconsider their reflexive anti-militarism given the incipient and threatening fascist state on our doorstep. Times really are different and you should reconsider
Bill C-2 is a train wreck. I like a lot of what Carney’s doing, including major projects, so I’m not totally on board with every single thing progressive groups are aligned with on this. But Bill C-2 is a fucking disaster.
Invading our privacy won’t get us a better trade deal with Trump. It’ll just invade our privacy. This bill needs to go.
