      *Colbert is decrying censorship without conceding to the idea that deliberate misinformation should warrant consequences. He’s got an army of writers writing all of his jokes and also producers who can do research for him.*

      *This was a politically planned statement from Kimmel and no mistake.*

      *Kimmel lied to his shrinking audience, spouting unsubstantiated claims that the murderer (because assassin is too sophisticated a term for this despicable lifeform) was on the right, desperately trying to pin conservatives to the tragedy.*

      Isn’t a threat something that happens before the actual attack? We’ve been attacked already. Why this fuckin weak language. Start being assertive.

      So… are they going to file lawsuits? No one cares what they’re saying if they aren’t doing something. If anyone has the ability to do something, it’s the ACLU.
