More than Disney they need to look at Nexstar and Clear Channel. They drove this. They said they wouldn’t air the show on their abc affiliates. But they’re hiding behind the more visible Disney and letting them take the heat. Nexstar wants FCC approval for expansion and Clear Channel is super conservative and has been buying up affiliates for years. Theyre trying to extort Kimmel to donate to TPUSA. Theyre running a Kirk special on Friday in Kimmel’s spot. They’re the real villains here. Stop watching your local affiliates, not just abc, if it’s one of those two companies. Write to them. Disney is just weak. This FCC action is straight out of Project2025.
If you want to do something, cancel your Disney+. Don’t support Disney or ABC. Skip the next Marvel movie or Star Wars in theatres.

My entertainment comes almost entirely from extraterritorial sources that are immune to corporate censorship, because they exist outside the revenue stream of Disney, Paramount, Google, Apple, Amazon, etc. I’d say, in fact, it’s a bonus feature of my hobby that I deprive corporate media of their revenue, specifically because in some minuscule way, the practice hurts and marginalizes the interests of the oligarchy.
I access a handful of streaming content, but only occasionally. Mostly my media is captured and stored on redundant NAS systems in my basement which are unaffected by the decision-making process of bullet-headed psychopaths in suits in some faraway, airless, gray soulless office tower.
Lib lunnies started this cancel culture thing and now it’s coming back to bite them in the butt! It’s karma!
