Ich bin neu dabei, damit ich nicht viel weiß, aber wenn ich die negative Füllrolle einreiche, stecke ich den vollständigen Kanister in den Umschlag oder entferne den Film und stecke ihn dann in den Umschlag?

Never remove or pull out the film. Exposure to light will destroy the photos. Simply place the roll as it is into the envelope.
Yep, you put the full film canister into the bag, fill it out and three weeks later you will find your photos. In this form you can tell the Employees which size you want your photos in and what type of paper. It also offers you to write them onto a CD-ROM, Dia, etc. But usually you just want the photos which is why you need to pick one of the photo sites.
You will have to pay, when picking up the photos in a few weeks.
