Hi, there is one Malay buffet place in shopping center Kaari called Malacca. I don’t remember if they have your specific dish but worth to check their website:) I hope you enjoy it here.
There is Malaysian Restaurant called Borneo in Lauttasaari.
I’m Indonesian but went to sec school in SG, and boy do I miss this dish a lot. Do tell if you find a place that sells it!
Bonus points if anyone knows Malaysian restaurants in east/itä Helsinki
Maybe check out the menu from Zhen Hao Dim Sum, they make many authentic Cantonese dishes
