We can rename it into „inverted feudalism rate.“
Or „inverse rate of exploitation by cockroaches.“
This seems to largely scale with urbanization, which makes sense. Solothurn sticks out to me for having a high homeownership rate despite being quite urbanized.
That seems extremely high. I would have never thought it was that high.
