Question for those with enough federal fiscal background:
Would we now expect November to be the start/end of budget cycles for the next few years? Or would the feds follow up with a typical spring budget next year?
I guess it would come down to the time frame the budget covers.
With this budget announcement, do we think or know whether a spring budget will be released in keeping with the fiscal year and more traditional budget release?
Why is he postponing the budget date? Are the numbers that bad? They initially said sometime in October.
