Free speech is a basic liberty and needed for a democracy. Take it away and you lose it. It’s part of their plan to keep power.
Free speech means the government can’t arrest you for what you say. It doesn’t mean you can’t lose your job or be ostracized by your community.

The “free speech absolutists” have been pretty fucking quiet the last week or so.
Yes there is freedom of speech but there isn’t freedom of consequences. I know there is hypocrisy from the right. They always complaining about being having to be PC.
