      The usual excuses don’t work this time around because:

      * This charity drive was co-founded by Jay-Z
      * The event was officially hosted by Jay-Z and Beyoncé
      * They have full control of who attends, and who sits where

      P.S.: Billboard lied about them being „sequestered“ from the rest – in their article about the event. So it’s either you trust them or believe your *lying eyes*. Thank God for photographers.

      to anyone claiming they’re trying to get their money for charity: nonprofits are struggling more than ever now because Trump cut hundreds of millions in federal funds. Philanthropy literally cannot fill that gap. taking charity money from Ivanka’s family doesn’t accomplish anything of value for anyone in need

      People need to realize that wealthy people are wealthy first, and whatever else they are second.

      Ivanka and Jared don’t ever appear to have bought into MAGA for anything more than the grift. Ivanka’s Chinese patents and licensing, Jared’s $2b cash infusion from the Saudis to his money management firm, etc.

      Jay-Z and Beyonce are WEALTHY. Jay left the game a long time ago. He’s money now. Queen Bey hasn’t been on the „mean streets“ of Houston since 1990, and to be honest – those streets weren’t that mean.

      This is how – occasionally – shit used to get done in Washington. A bunch of wealthy people decided they needed something and then „donated“ to their favorite politician to get the work done. If Jay/Beyonce have something they need (tax breaks, investment, access, etc.), who better to ask than the President’s favorite child? It also doesn’t hurt to be sitting next to someone flush with Saudi money if you’re looking to sell an investment opportunity.

      None of these people care about you, or what you think about them or their politics – and their politics will line up with anyone with the same number of zeroes in their bank account.

      I don’t get how so many millions of Americans are cool with the rich fucking them over or supporting them. Granted I’m not perfect I got free tickets to Saturday night live when Dave chappelle hosted recently and went but that’s because they were free and I went for the show not to see Dave who I very much disagree with

      Ok this is gonna get lost in the noise, but as a member of the Hive we’ve been melting down over this in the Beyonce sub. And it was proven they were at the same dinner, for prison reform, but not at the same table. It was just the angle of the photo. The tables are all small round 4 tops. Still there is no good billionaire.

      They’re billionaires. They give zero fucks about you or me and will 100% eat your face to grow their empire.
