This video is from the Mardi Himal Trek in Nepal. It’s a relatively short trek compared to Annapurna or Everest routes, but it offers some of the best close-up views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain). The trail passes through rhododendron forests, alpine meadows, and finally opens up to stunning high-altitude ridges. It’s one of my favorite treks because it feels less crowded than the classic routes, yet just as breathtaking.
