Jerusalem Post -In einer Zeit, in der Israel weltweit zunehmend isoliert ist, kam die größte Delegation der US-Gesetzgeber, die alle 50 Bundesstaaten vertritt, in Israel.
Premierminister Benjamin Netanyahu und Außenminister Gideon Sa’ar haben beide die Delegation bei einer Veranstaltung im Außenministerium mit dem Titel „50 Staaten One Israel“ am Montag angesprochen.
„Willkommen in Jerusalem, der ewigen Hauptstadt Israels, erklärte Lior Haiat, stellvertretender Direktor für Nordamerika im Außenministerium, als er die Veranstaltung eröffnete.
Später mit der Jerusalem -Post sprach Haiat, betonte Haiat, "In einer Zeit wie dieser erinnert uns unsere wahren Freunde in einer historischen Veranstaltung, die in der Geschichte Israels in der Geschichte Israels beispiellos in der Geschichte Israels beispiellos in der Geschichte Israels beispiellos ist, an unserer Seite."
Die US -amerikanischen Gesetzgeber sind in Israel zu Treffen mit hochrangigen Beamten und Touren im ganzen Land und unterstreichen ihre Botschaft, dass die Unterstützung für Israel in den USA eine Frage des nationalen Konsenses ist.
„Ich danke Ihnen, dass Sie hierher gekommen sind, um mit Israel zu stehen. Danke, Demokraten und Republikaner gleichermaßen. Wir schätzen und schätzen Ihre Unterstützung. Dies ist eine aktive Anstrengung, um Versuchen, Israel zu belagern" Netanyahu erzählte der Delegation.

„50 states, one Israel“ seems so incredibly disrespectful to every American and tbh, the country’s entire history.
To say it in such a way as to picture them having been summoned by their masters, I don’t know man… Really doesn’t sit right with me. And this certainly isn’t a reflection of its citizens (The US), again further disrespect.
And this is the US, the knock on effect from this transfers further down to the UK & EU I’m sure. Scary shit!
Well they have caused the US to go into perpetual war for the last 50 years, so it’s no surprise they want to be the 51st state.
