Goat island is just a short drive away for me and was there not too long ago. Just to clarify, Valhalla is accommodation facilitated through the Auckland Danish Society and isn’t located on Goat Island (Nothing is on Goat Island, its a reserve), but is across the cove from the small town of Leigh.
Anytime I see New Zealand pop up with these things it makes sense. New Zealand has been attracting some of the world’s most powerful over the last couple of decades for the simple reason that it is remote from the rest of the world. Lots of talk about secret construction of underground bunkers, mostly on the South Island from what I understand.
Great find and worth digging further I think.
