      A no-fly zone doesn’t work because you say the magic words, it’s a proactive military operation that involves attacking Russian military targets inside Russia.

      Providing Ukraine the systems necessary to attack Russia is one thing, but NATO F-35’s dropping bombs inside Russia is something else entirely.

      Find Out: All Russian drones outside of Russian airspace are designated hostile targets to NATO.

      Why wasn’t this done from the start? Intercepting incoming missiles without actually attacking Russian forces.

      No fly zone over all of Ukraine sounds like a great way to start a war. But a no fly zone within 100km of nato borders sounds more realistic without joining the war

      So in my view a no fly zone would put NATO in direct confrontation with Russia and we all know i think how that would end.

      However,

      A bit of me does wonder if NATO could impose a limited no fly zone over the boarder with Poland that is imposed on all Ukrainian and Russian assets within say 5-10K of the Polish boarder with very clear messaging that NATO will take down anything that violates that airspace.

      Still carries the risk but there isn’t really any reason i think for Russia to be bombing in that area really that i am aware off and NATO would just say its a retaliation for the drone incursion.

      Keep NATO out of it, but if Europe wants to then go ahead but I hope the risk of escalation is carefully taken into account.

      DO IT!
      If anything especially the Russian Mercs vs US soldiers in Syria taught us anything is thaf Russia fucks off when you wipe out all their assets in a region then they have to excuse that they lost to a far superior force. Putin wants his offramp to loose to NATO rather than Ukraine, these people love their wealth too much to nuke anything. As long as Russia proper(excluding Khaliningrad) doesn’t get invaded much it will be fine. Pakistan and India both have nukes and they’ve gone at it revently to reaffirm their lines then they stop.

      As it should. Take down drones and missiles before they enter NATO airspace.

      Russian drones flying around NATO airspace is completely untenable. If they won’t stop the madness then this is a necessary protection policy.

      Thats the only way to stop those drone incursions which if they’re not stopped now will become a flood.
