Well, Mr. Kenney, your bizarre hatred of the Alberta NDP created this mess. You knew full well the kinds of people you were bringing in when you chose to amalgamate the PCs with Wild Rose. Frankly, this is on you more than any other single person. And the worst of it is that you so totally incinerated your political reputation in the process that you can’t even really do Canadian conservatism any good. At the both Provincial and Federal levels you handed the two parties you were associated with to wide-eyed demagogues.
Congratulations, Mr. Kenney. Well, at least you get to sit on some nice boards and think tanks, so while the victims of your hubris are left to suffer, you’ve managed to take care of yourself very nicely.
For those that are flag pole planted in certainty of separation, could DS even bring them back to reason?
Have the wheels rolled so far off the tracks for those that believe the only way their constituency can be prosperous is to separate?
What will those that see separation as a must do when their wishes are voted down? Can these communities find the fault in their reasoning?
Lastly, does or has lack of cooperation and respect move a society towards progress or regress?
When even a top-10 contender for Most Toxic Albertan Ever thinks this is a disaster, it’s time to wake up and pay attention.
