    1. Deutsche Bahn is forced to show competitors‘ trains on their website, but you can’t book tickets for them there. It’s the same with Flixtrain.

    2. Please show us all the stops in the Itinerary, the message behind the ? and the ticket itself. It could be anything 🙂

      I‘m not sure but isn‘t it like : Frankfurt->Stuttgart then a transfer from Stuttgart-> München ?

    4. This was also the case during booking. The WB is a different company for which DB cannot sell tickets. This is shown during the booking process as well

    5. The WB 969 is „Westbahn“ and needs a seperate ticket. DB tickets aren’t valid there.

    6. Do you hold a Deutschlandticket and selected the with Deutschlandticket option? In that case you will only purchase a ticket for the non-Deutschlandticket part of your journey.

    7. It is shown from the first booking step onwards that you’re only booking a partial journey ticket.

    8. It happened the same to me when I booked a trip to Berlin.. it’s confusing since it never tells you to buy a separate ticket anywhere!! Annoying!

      If you want to book the Westbahn connection and have a Deutschland-Ticket, you can select the Deutschland-Ticket as a „discount“ when buying a flexpreis ticket. With this „secret“, the Westbahn ticket only costs 20€.

      However, the Westbahn is currently serving only München-Pasing and München Ost this week due to limited track availability in München Hbf due to construction. So you would need to take an S-Bahn from Pasing or Ostbahnhof to Hbf

    10. The screenshots you’re showing clearly show that it was only for a part of the journey also while booking.

    11. You can refund any tickets bought via the app or website within 60 minutes! Go to more actions at the very bottom of your itinerary.
