I’d be really curious to see a city-by-city breakdown. While this is anecdotal, in my city of Hamilton, it appears houses are sitting significantly longer than they had in prior years, many are selling under asking and with conditions (whereas 3 years ago, most were selling no condition), and there are dozens of houses on the market in our area.
