nice to blame the increasing workload on some dude who quit, instead the company who usually is responsible for the workload and the people quitting.
same attitude people have who think because one person doesnt stay in the office til 10, but only til 8 causes issues. dont think that person forces anyone to do anything.

The Revenge Quitters left because they saw you doing nothing but talking about golf until the late evenings (overtime theft) with your buddies while you drank coffee over biscuits from the oyatsu + okashi box, while they carried the workload for the whole team.
Then when they left, you had no idea how to start the app, and began to feel ‘troubled’.
