Everything you have pointed out can be debated (being devils advocate), ears can be sunglasses pushing down on the, everything else can be angles, lighting, facial expressions… even the side burns comment, you have hair brushed forward vs straight down…
This doesn’t say that its not him and also it doesn’t say that it is lol.

Keep in mind: Different angles & lighting have a significant effect on facial features. Also combing your hair and ears under your cap changes their shape.
There are more pictures of this guy than these two. It’s the same fella. Did he do it? Extremely hard to believe, given the US track record and their need to show persecution rather than finding the real culprit.
The supposed photographed shooter also is like 10 years older than the other guy. His jaw shape. I felt it was off since the reveal. But whatever. Never thought we’d find the real guy anyway. Lips too.
