Hallo Leute,
Wie der Titel sagt, habe ich AirPods bestellt und DHL schrieb, dass es mir am 11.09 (Empfängger: Mein Name) geliefert wurde. Ich war bis gestern im Ausland und als ich zurückkam, sah ich das zerrissene Paket (siehe Bilder). Name und Adresse wurden absichtlich abgeholt, aber Sie konnten immer noch die letzten 4 Ziffern des Sendens der Nummer sehen (und auch in vollem Umfang unten, was mir eindeutig ist, ist es eindeutig ein Diebstahl. Was kann ich in dieser Situation tun und ist es mein Problem oder meine Absender in erster Linie? Ist es heute sinnvoll, einen Polizeibericht bereits heute einzureichen?
PS Ich habe DHL keine Zulage gegeben, das Paket auch irgendwo zu verlassen.

Can’t help you, just wanted to let you know: The ID number you tried to make unreadable is the same as the barcode above it, so you didn’t keep it secret.

Get in contact with dhl. If they insist on delivered to you request proof(signature). Go to police (not 110!) and report theft.
Let the shop you purchased the item from know that you didn’t receive the item. They’re responsible for getting it to you. You don’t need to contact DHL or anybody else. They’ll have to deal with DHL and likely the police, but that’s not your job.
