    1. Military people in the pentagon have already started lawyering up. Trumps going to learn why, before every ill advised middle eastern drone strike, there was a lawyer standing there doting all the i and crossing all the t’s

Do you question what is being used to keep the new busy so this is not out more.

    3. This kind of reporting is exactly why the AP was banned from the oval office press pool.

    4. The Trump Administration has provided ZERO evidence of their claims regarding assassinating/blowing up foreign nationals in international waters.

They have alleged that the boat was carrying drugs – No evidence provided

They have alleged that the boat was owned by Tren de Aragua gang members – No evidence provided

They claim that boat allegedly carrying drugs and allegedly owned by Tren de Aragua gang members was on its way to the United States – No evidence provided

They further claim that they have both the right and the authority to execute foreign nationals in international waters in the name of „self defense“, for a crime that is NOT punishable by death in the USA.

If you look at the video that was released, the boat was a speed boat in waters off of Venezuela, approximately 1,400 miles from the USA.

The boat was an open boat with no protection from the elements with 4 outboard motors on it.

The boat also does not appear to be one that has a head/bathroom on it, although there /could/ have been one tucked into the bow of the boat if that area was deep enough and was enclosed.

So, 11 people on a boat with no protection from the elements, with nowhere cook any food, or to shit, 1,400 miles from the USA would need, at a minimum somewhere to stop and refuel.

This means stopping in any number of Caribbean nations, including but not limited to Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, or any other place between Venezuela and the US, with a boat carrying 11 people and allegedly full of drugs.

The story from the Trump Administration is complete bullshit.

    5. It sounds like an American crime against humanity and the droopy lip pedophile should have to pay the price for ordering the killing of 11 innocent people.

Even if it turns out the boat was in fact gang-affiliated, having 11 people on a speedboat is more in line with human trafficking than drug-running. That would mean Trump blew up a civilian boat carrying human-trafficking victims without even bothering to detain their captors, performing multiple passes to ensure there were no survivors.

I feel for the people on the boat. Can you imagine the terror they must’ve felt? Wondering why they were being targeted.

      I hate this timeline.

    8. Sad those people lost their lives out in the middle of the ocean; worse that no one will suffer reprecussions for the actions that caused it.

YouTube video says the boat was a much larger container ship being used as an offshore command post.

It had 45 hostages, 150 armed guards, $43?million in cash.

250 Navy Seals were concealed in a large decoy fishing boat approached, they slipped into the water and swam to the container ship from the point of closest approach.

The Seals rescued the hostages, two large Drones fired Hellfire missiles at the engineering spaces and ammunition storage facilities. 2 F-35 jets and a B-1 performed Electronic Warfare to blank out the communications and radar systems.

The container ship was sunk in less than 2 hours.

    10. „Sen. Rand Raul, R-Ky., has said it was unlikely the boat was headed to U.S. shores, which would be a lengthy trip for such a vessel.

Paul — a libertarian-leaning Republican with a long history of challenging executive overreach, particularly in national security matters — has argued the U.S. can’t simply kill people suspected of wrongdoing without due process.“

The only Republican with a brain, apparently.

Yeah when they saw an American warship in front of them. That’s like a criminal saying „I was running away and they arrested me anyway so unfair“

      „No new wars.“

They said, before trying to pick a fight with Venezuela.

Are we just doing somewhat dick violent and ineffectual things now? Perhaps we’re always doing that but there was some higher G political ideal that we were serving… (we the US of course.)
