Bottom looks older, but I think the CCTV just makes the above look younger due to smoothing the skin. The proportions of his facial features looks pretty spot on. Even the ear shape
The nose and hear look very similar to me tbh
The chin is bothering me. Looks a lot shorter and more angular in the top image, and I don’t think it’s just the difference in perspective.
After seeing this and the various „Derek Chauvins“ and „Joe Bidens“ and „Osama bin Ladens“ etc, etc, you have to ask yourself the theoretical question: how much different could these actors be before normies said, „Hey, uh, hang on a second….“ Like, could they show a mugshot that was actually „Wood on the bed“?

His mouth isn’t the same. The space between his upper lip and nose isn’t the same. It’s literally not the same dude.

Different cameras=Different censors=Different images. Look up the difference in 35mm and 70mm it changes facial structure.
Maybe the ear can be explained by the hat pushing down on it.
Angle and light can make a big difference, but the nose seems like the prominent nostrils should look different in the top photo.

Doesn’t line up to me.. the jawline, the tip of the nose, the inner ear, the ear lobes, the space between nose and upper lip, even the corners of the mouth. I don’t think the cctv would distort it that much.

Take 2 photos of yourself from the same angles as these (one directly from the side and one from above). Photo angles make a big difference to how your face looks. Any amateur photographer/portrait taker will tell you this
