Wie soll ich damit umgehen? Ich weiß, dass es illegal ist, diese Tiere zu töten, aber ich möchte nicht, dass hier ein riesiges Nest wächst.

OK, OK, i agree it is not funny having a wasp nest at the house. Ask some bee-keeper if he can take it away.
They are only wasps. Unless you have your breakfast table under the gutter, it should not be a problem.
Wasps are not aggressive unless you sit on them or something. They don’t randomly attack people.
