A military doc details the post WW2 era as the New World Order where the US leverages its allies for resources to maintain the military industrial complex power empire. Silver is the Achilles heel of due to scarcity.
This is nonsense. Look at what rare earth minerals are required for modern weaponry. Look at which of these China has put an export tariff or limit or ban on.
That is the motivator.
