      Vètements en sacs fermées= clothes in closed bags.

      The rest of the instructions is painted over by some imbecile, but what I can see:

      1. propres: they need to be washed

      2. whaussures en pares: shoes per pair

      Clothes and shoes you want to donate to charity, in closed bags.

      Make sure they have a „Solid’R“ logo though.

      I’m pretty sure it’s for clothes you longer need (in a closed bag).
