What’s the craic with FF trying to get people to vote for the Celebrity picks?
I mean yeah, Michael Martin visited Israel as they began their genocide of the Palestinians and had that little photoshoot. This is very much the norm for FF and their voters.
I know Jim is a former military man but come on, when you’re dealing with the wider public even something so benign in a military circle can come across so blunt to everyone else. Words and context matters even more so when you’re talking about an on going genocide.
Someone on here yesterday was taking great issue with me suggesting he might be a risky candidate.
I wonder was the strategy all along. Apolitical and at arms length so FF’s record doesn’t come under scrutiny BUT can push FFs rightward militarist agenda to test the waters and use his army career to lend it legitimacy.
It is a genocide though. Why was Jim underplaying it.
If this is the biggest stick they can hammer Jim with, he would be a lucky pup
