Ich wollte wirklich etwas Sarma machen, aber ich kämpfe darum, jeden sauren Kohlblätter absolut überall zum Verkauf zu finden. Ich kenne Prisma, Citymarket usw. scheinen Sauerkraut zerkleinert zu haben, aber ich frage mich, ob es irgendwo nicht zum Verkauf steht. Ich weiß, dass es ein bisschen eine Nische ist, aber wenn jemand weiß, würde ich es wirklich zu schätzen wissen.

I havent seen either. I am sure there are rural people who make for themselves, at their farms/homesteads, but it will be pretty much impossible to find.
Why don’t you make your own? You could even try making with fermented (not fresh) peppers. You need a food safe bucket, Cabbage, water, salt.
Fuck, because of that picture now I want some too…
I have seen at Alanya! They have a whole shelf area of different kind of leaves, pepper, whatever you want to stuff from Arabic, Turkish, Balkan, Baltic and Slavic food. I am sure you find it there.
