Am I the only one that’s troubled by the
lack of even a quantum of urgency or condemnation in this boilerplate language at a time when one country in the world is launching unprovoked attacks at neighboring countries and violating their sovereignty at a particularly volatile time – incidentally, it’s the same country that’s also committing a genocide in plain view and its PM is a fugitive war criminal!

I really hope you move away from Israel. Harper and the conservatives were a big reason why we (Canada) are close to Israel. [Beaverton had pointed this out by calling Harper Israel’s PM.](https://www.thebeaverton.com/2014/01/israeli-prime-minister-stephen-harper-returns-after-long-visit-in-canada-2/)
I personally do not see any benefit in having a close relationship with Israel. It’s obvious we do not have any influence over them. Also their global standing makes it hard for us to keep our peacekeeper image.
An image that’s going to be very important if the Americans do not figure out Trump.
While I do not expect movement I do hope we take action sooner than later.
