      The story goes…

      When Nikita Khrushchev was forced out as leader of the Soviet Union, he sat down and wrote two letters to his successor Leonid Brezhnev. He said, “When you get yourself into a situation you can’t get out of, open the first letter, and you’ll be safe. When you get yourself into another situation you can’t get out of, open the second letter”. Brezhnev soon found himself in a difficult situation, so he opened the first letter. It said, “Blame everything on me”. So he blamed Khrushchev for everything, and it worked. Eventually, he got himself into a second difficult situation he couldn’t get out of, so he opened the second letter. It said, “Sit down, and write two letters”.

      Trump has never admitted to a mistake. He might pivot, but always assigns blame elsewhere. He is the epitome of the worst leadership qualities rolled into one without mentioning his plethora of other human faults. You wouldn’t want to work for him, do business with him, have a beer with him, have him anywhere near your family, and yet his base loves him and supports every country ruining thing he does.

      So did why Murdoch risk the ire of the MAGA party by publishing these letters? Is it that Murdoch sees the danger of an unleashed Donald wreaking havoc on all corners of the globe OR does he know the true health condition of Trump and is hedging his bets because he knows Trump is quite ill?

      Two things you can count on from Trump:

      1. If it’s bad, he will blame somebody else no matter who’s fault it is.
      2. If it’s good, he will take credit for it no matter who deserves the credit

      There’s not a chance in this world Trump will stop blaming Biden for everything he can.

      Idk, he seems to keep getting away with the worst shit imaginable in the dumbest ways possible. If I were religious, I would be convinced that the devil looks after his own.

      But I’m not, and shit just sucks. Really hoping I’m wrong, but we seem to be in a collective fever dream of insanity where nothing makes sense anymore.

      His voters and supporters are untethered from reality, or at least pretend to be to salve their consciences. Because of that, it hasn’t failed yet, why would he stop?
