I recently got off a 3 day ban for correcting somebody who claimed that the vast majority of mass shootings in the US are committed by white people. Are they ramping up the bans again? I think mine constitutes „malinformation“ as does OP’s because it’s factually accurate but a sensitive issue that they can censor.
I don’t think an upvoted counts as „sharing“ though.

Why lie? What did your comment in that thread say? I see nothing here that indicated you got „banned for upvoting“ as opposed to for the now-deleted comment.
It is sad that people have become desperate to say they are being censored online in order to feel like they are part of what’s happening in the world.
I remember them threatening to ban people for upvoting wrong think, but that was years ago and I thought they decided not to go through with that. If that’s happening now, it’s pretty disgusting.
