      Something needs to be done about this. Our cities are no longer safe because these judges put up pitiful bail amounts for so many violent and dangerous people. It seems deliberate at this point

      The judge for Decarlos Brown Jr is Roy H Wiggins, listed as a democrat. I guess we will see how he sentences this 1st degree murder charge…

      Privatized jail system encourages non violent criminals to be locked up. Both red and blue allow it. Progressives are the only ones to talk about ending private jails.

      Released on bail. This just happened, she’ll still see a judge and can be found guilty and jailed. Its not like shes been acquitted. She’ll get hers, yall gotta be patient.

      The goal is to demoralize and create more distrust amongst the citizens in society. Eventually it will get to a point where no one will trust anyone, or any institution.

      Because your beloved Constitution guarantees all of you, even her, amongst other things, the right to be innocent until proven guilty and due process. Judges can only deny bail under certain circumstances.

      This sickens me. You do this, you stay your ass in jail. Full stop. I don’t care who you are, you lay a hand on my child you best believe I am doing the same. I’m no doctor, but they’d be getting a house call for getting let out over this.

      Liberal judges are THE WORST. This is why there are minimum sentancing laws because activist judges would give criminals a slap on the wrist. So done with the democrats and their inmate loving mentality.

      Because the law says battery and child abuse are bondable offenses?
      What’s YOUR endgame? Do you have any idea how detainment and bail works? Do you think a conservative judge would somehow revoke all bond because of their feelings?
