They randomly kept 70% of my return last year. Tried to call six times, waited on hold three to four hours each time. No useful information given even when I spoke to an agent. Ultimately got it fixed by their escalation process eight months later. And just to be clear there is absolutely nothing special about my return, one T4, and support payments. Simple Tax can calculate it in under two minutes. Infuriatingly bad service.
