Wenn die Malteser jemals Beweise über das Schisma innerhalb der Moribund -Oppositionspartei brauchten, hämmert es diese Wahl. Alex Borg gewann diese Farcical -Wahl mit einer minimalen Marge von 44 Stimmen und 50,1% der Gesamtstimmen, während 49,9% für Adrian Delia stimmten. Wenn man berücksichtigt, dass 14% ihre Stimmen nicht abgegeben haben, die Anzahl der ungültigen Stimmen und die 49,9% der Stimmen, die für Adrian Delia abgegeben werden, bedeutet dies, dass die Mehrheit der PN -Stimmen nicht für Alex Borg zugunsten von Alex Borg bezahlt hat. Dies beweist auch, dass die PN seine eigene Kohorte hat "Ghans". Malta braucht eine starke Partei der Vereinigten Opposition, aber stattdessen wurden wir mit einem Zirkus verwöhnt. Graben weiter.

Don’t know. But I will definitely try him. I am so pissed off with Labour.
so now LP r guaranteed a victory next election. after that 5 years will not be enough for pn to restructure so that means the following election will be lost too by PN. unless LP does a huge qassata. that qassata might be the random drug testing for drivers if enforced

Too early to say, I assume people voted for him because they wanted a fresh face, and he is as fresh as can be contesting a leadership contest.
Voting for Delia did not mean that they are necessarily against Borg – it simply means they preferred Delia. Combining Delia’s votes with non-voters and calling it „farcical“ is a bit of a stretch. Especially considering both Delia and Borg were seen as so similar in terms of political views.
The greater issue is that a huge portion of the party who supported the ousting of delia and wanted Metsola to contest so desperately had to „settle“ for either Borg or Delia, and there was no third choice.
