Costs expected around 30% higher minimum than most estimated.
Projects on list are mostly all edge case legacy projects that have been around 10 years plus.
Projects don’t align with a new or forward looking vision of Canada. Same old commodity resource extraction.
You can’t grow GDP by extracting commodities unless you move more of them. The only option is to ADD VALUE.
