Eigentümer von illegal gebauten West-Van-Gebäudeansprüchen waren rassistisch motiviert

Sounds like bullshit to me, but I can easily imagine swaying opinions in a city like Vancouver.

That’s a new one. Applying for permits *after* construction is completed.

FFS, they didn’t have the permits from the district of West Vancouver to do the work. They proceeded to do the work and got caught. It’s not a case of anything other than don’t do work without the permits.
