      Hi guys, random Serb here, for some reason reddit brought this post to me so I’ll answer

      This billboard was paid for by some guy named Ivan Ivanović, a far right grifter who is also the satelite of the ruling party SNS and obviously does not represent the opinion if the majority of Serbians. Btw this Ivan Ivanović shouldn’t be confused with a famous TV host with the same name who is very strongly pro opposition.

      SNS as you know is very fond of Russia and China, but for some strange reason EU is quite fond of them since they didn’t impose sanctions on Serbia, despite encircling the whole country, which is absurd given how the whole EU was more than ready to sanction your country and pressure Serbia into sanctioning it as well. However they are desperate to mine lithium and other stuff just like China unfortunately does in east Serbia

      People of our country have been protesting this regime for years, and the disapproval for this regime culminated on November 1st, after a canopy fell from the trainstation in Novi Sad killing 16 people.

      Even though many Serbians used to have delusionsn of „brotherly love“ between Serbia and Russia, many thankfully came to despise Putin and Russians because of spouting shit about „coloured revolution“

      Anyways, I hope you people one day get rid of the funny potato man, and russian influence, as well as that you give your national language some respect 🤍❤️🤍

      Nono,guys, this was put by Vucic’s thugs because Vucic wants to do to Serbia what Lukashenko has done to Belarus. Also,we we’ve been protesting against this regime for 10 months now, so this could be like some „show of force“. Majority of people supported you during your 2020 protests. We know what its like when dictator steals an election and then represses any dissent.
