This is a really poor headline. It should be something like:
Deputy Defense Minister Expects No Large Defense Spending Increase
And with our current military spending taking up 20% of our entire budget, I really just don’t think we can afford a big increase, even though Azerbaijan spent 3x as much as us on military this year, and it’s all paid for by their oil…
Armenia should focus on domestically produced weapons or cheap weapons like India. Many people criticized Pashinyan for buying the Su-30M. Please, this is all to please Russia and Putin, but it turns out to be useless.
