      He also got nearly £100k in gifts, most of any MP, but we only get outraged at Taylor Swift tickets.

      Maybe the Greens and Lib Dems are the only two parties willing to stand up to Farage, rather than spending the entire summer spelling out why Farage is correct but we shouldn’t vote for him.

      Here is the problem. The people voting for Farage give no fcks about taxes (in fact some want lower taxes and would be proud to be able to avoid them themselves), Farage is being elected on immigration and he will be judged almost entirely on that.

      Labour was elected on a pledge to significantly increase housing stock and make them more affordable therefore the deputy PM and housing secretary getting a third home that cost 800k and on top of that avoiding taxes on that purchase is a scandal for Labour.

      The equivalent would be Farage being caught significantly easing immigration requirements not Farage doing the same Rayner did.
