It’s telling that restoring information about inclusion takes a court order. That says everything about Trump’s priorities.

This may indicate that all data for 4 years remains available as research in „blue“ states continues and „red state“ research dies because of NIH funding grants. Sad but at least some good research continues.

I love it when he loses in court. Now, if he’d only DO what the courts order him to do. See, that’s the thing. He pretty much can ignore the courts because SCOTUS placed him above the law.

Will he though? It seems like every time a judge rules against him they do it anyways. Or else it gets kicked to another court who basically says, ‚go for it dictator‘.
For example we were just celebrating the closing of the stupid ass swamp prison the other day as ruled by a court. Now that has been overturned already. Seems like they just get to do whatever they want and laws don’t matter anymore.
I love that the systematic dismantling of our government is slowly being put back together by the courts. The court system is slow, but it’s doing its job, and I’m here for it.
