      That would explain Trump’s intransigence on the subject, as well as the compliance of everyone else, like Botox Bondi and Jebus Johnson.

      Even if Trump were perfectly innocent (which I really doubt), protecting his big donors would be job number 1. That is Republican 101, first thing they all learn.
