Ich bin ein spanischer Student im Masterstudiengang Data Science und Business Intelligence und möchte in Zukunft in Finnland leben. Ich habe bereits in Rovaniemi im Bereich SEO gearbeitet, habe aber eine andere Karriere gemacht. Ich habe einige Websites gefunden als jobly.fi Und Monster.fi (Ich denke, dass sie gleich sind, bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher) oder https://tyomarkkinatori.fi/.
Der Punkt ist, dass ich, auch wenn ich bereits dort war, derzeit nicht in Finnland lebe und abgesehen von den Grundkenntnissen kein Finnisch kann. Ich habe darüber nachgedacht, meinen Lebenslauf zu verbessern, aber dafür würde ich mehrere Monate brauchen.
Wissen Sie, ob es bestimmte Unternehmen gibt, die Ausländer suchen, die mehrere Jahre im Land bleiben möchten, auch wenn sie keine Erfahrung haben? Normalerweise ist es einfacher, Arbeitskräfte in schlecht bezahlten Jobs zu finden als in hochbezahlten, aber ich möchte nicht den Weg wechseln.

Companies don’t look for foreigners, they look for employees to do work well.
I don’t quite understand what you mean with improving CV. You improve CV by working.
You can see for yourself what open positions there are. Add LinkedIn to your list. Good luck.
Not to be rude but why would anyone hire a foreigner who does not speak the language AND does not have any experience for that position? I mean if you have one or the other at least that could cover for the skill you lack, but like this the only job you will get is delivering food…

No. Usually foreigners, especially with no background, work in delivery service and cleaning.
IT companies don’t really care where you’re from. Language might be a requirement sometimes, but not always.
But entry level jobs are few and applicants are lots, so don’t expect it to be too easy to land one. The first job is always the hardest to get, in any industry.
