      If Tom is reading this, he just needs to remember to make sure they do a tap dance number for the big musical scene. The guy who said it should be swing dancing because Spiderman swings around was being too obvious and that would make audiences kind of groan.

      Read the friggin comics! Every single era and approach to the character has fans, and that’s why there really is no consensus on the best.

      Do the homework and figure it out on your own. What do YOU like about the character and want to see Tom?

      That can be dangerous, because the internet is an unreliable sample. Not everyone is loud with their opinions, and its most often the angry opinions that float to the top, which may not even represent a majority that’s content to go about their days as normal instead of go online and talk about it.

      I’m more interesting in a vision being committed to than I am any perceived course-correcting to match what they think fans want based on a shit sample.
