You can park here from 11-15 for 2 hours and need a Parkscheibe in these hours. Otherwise the rules don’t apply.
Only cars/are allowed to park on the side. Between 11:00 and 15:00 you have to use a „Parkscheibe“ and may only stay max. 2 hours
Yes, the rules apply only on the 11-15 slot. You can park freely after 15:00 up to the next day at 11:00 of course
Just be sure to park on the Seitenstreifen (at the roadside, not on the road itself)
You can also park without paying between 11:00 and 15:00, but you have to set up your parking disc with the arrival time and stay only for 2 hours max
If you were not allowed to park outside those hours, an additional shield would be required
