In the article, the daughter claimed statue of limitation but I don’t think that will work when the art in question is stolen by Nazi in WW II.

The fact that it was even recognized is wild. The odds of someone viewing a random property listing in Argentina and also being a Nazi art expert (at least being able to recognize it) must be so low.
