Die alte Einheit war original im Haus (1989). Die Bezahlung des vorherigen Niveaus betrug 343 USD/Monat. Der neue Betrag ist 193 US -Dollar.
Übrigens erhielt er gleichzeitig einen neuen Gasofen und die Gasrechnung fiel von 85 USD/Monat auf 60 US -Dollar.

Entire new hvac unit or just outside unit?
Out of curiosity what did the upgrade cost and/or what’s the expected payback time from the net savings?
How much did you pay for this system?
Without knowing the average outside temperature, it does not tell you much. Central Texas summer was over 10 degrees cooler this year over last year. I did not change my HVAC unit, but I have seen similar savings.
Depending on the price of the work, seems like it’ll only take a couple years to pay for itself through the savings. Very nice, do make sure you stay on top of basic maintenance to avoid service calls though.
In certain regions heat pump can drive even more savings.
