Good news for the Liberals (not that it should matter anyway given current polling) is that both ridings should be safe in a by-elections.
The by-elections could actually be more of a test for the CPC and Poilievre than they are for the LPC and Carney.
I think we’ll end up seeing more of this with the bigger name former cabinet ministers who won’t see a role in Carney’s cabinet. A bit of a turnover from the Trudeau years, of sorts.
