Does anyone get the feeling that these decisions are having a little more of a backbone because there may be some insider information floating around about his health?

These „rulings“ don’t mean much when Trump just continues to do whatever he wants.

All of us non-cult members knew this the second it happened.

MAGA – the deep state / shadow government you’re looking for is called „The Heritage Foundation“ and the pedophile sex traffickers you’re looking for are your president and his billionaire buddies.

Good thing this ruling was timely and happened fast enough to stop it…

This is great, but inevitably will end up at the Supreme Rubber Stamp.

    6. So what now? Seriously there are zero consequences orange diaper dementia child rapist Don ever faces. Us Americans are stuck picking up the pieces. It’s old, like him.

I’ve seen conservatives defending the DC stuff and not sending the guard to red states by saying he can legally do it for under 30 days in DC…. causally forgetting about LA

And MAGA will look people straight in the eyes with a full chest and claim Trump has done nothing illegal in his life.

    9. Cool, so months after the fact we get a nice “you guys were right” meanwhile trump got to instill fear and intimidation for weeks and now is currently doing so in another city and is moving to do so in more cities. Our judicial system and system of government was not designed with the speed needed to stop someone like trump. It wasn’t built to defend us against someone actively trying to break the law and constitution at every turn. It was designed for people to actually try and uphold their oath to the constitution or otherwise be removed. But republicans are too deep into it to stand up to their dear leader and remove him.

Yet you still have many in the media sane washing this. It’s pathetic. Between the appeals and everything. It’s meaningless.

They’re still there by the way. The National Guard is still there

It seems like every day, there’s another ruling that Trump broke the law. Every day, there are no consequences and he continues to do it. How is anyone supposed to take the „law“ seriously anymore?

This seems like a nice time to remind everyone that our founding fathers who were „totally giving us freedom and liberty for all after rebelling against a tyrant“ utterly failed to create any criminal repercussions for the federal government violating our Constitutional rights.

You have no no recourse when a U.S. president violates the law.

    14. Irrelevant. It’s far after the fact and he’ll just do it again and when that’s ruled illegal as well, it’ll be too late.

    15. Bstochastic on

It would sure be nice to get some old fashioned consequences for illegal behavior.

Duh. There was no rebellion and we are not at war. The NG thus cannot even be activated by the President at all.

    17. Give me a list of all the things that he has done that have been legal. Will take less effort.

MAGA cherry picks what they like from the US Constitution the same way Christians cherry picks what they like from the buybull.

    19. Wyoming_Rocks on

Surprise, surprise. TACO has no concept of the law and only does what he wants.

I love how trump does something illegal, the damage is done, then months later it is ruled it was illegal and nothing happens. Rinse and repeat.

    21. MissionCreeper on

That means the Guard members followed illegal orders, they need to be court martialed.
