Democrat Leaders: This is because of Bluesky and Antisemites who are costing us the election. Vote Blue no matter what.

      Mamdani: Hey!

      Democrat Leaders: Not like that.

    2. >In a poll released Wednesday, Quinnipiac found that 60 percent of voters now say they oppose sending more military assistance to Israel to aid in its siege of Gaza.[…]

      >This may be because a growing number of Americans say that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Half of those polled said that Israel is committing genocide, while 35 percent said Israel was not, and 15 percent said they didn’t know.
A whopping 77 percent of Democrats said that they believe Israel is committing genocide.

Following declaration backs up their point of view.:

Sept 1st: International Association of Genocide Scholars: Israel Is Committing Genocide

fuck every person that takes AIPAC money.  fuck every single person behind AIPAC.  they do have more loyalty to Israel than America.  i know the history of the term and significance but its unquestionable.  every time I hear Netanyahu it  breaks my brain how a self supposed Jewish nationalist could have so much disdain for their own faith.  they have more loyalty to Israel than they have to God, than they have to their own humanity.

This shouldn’t even be a debate. But look how Ms Rachel has been attacked for speaking up the children of Gaza.

    5. Netanyahu has been committing genocide for months and months now. Voting for any republican will keep it going until Trump gets his golden resorts.

    6. Netanyahu is responsible for everything going on in Gaza. He is a war criminal and should be brought to justice. Plus, no more aid what so ever from The USA.

    7. And the other 23% are politicians who don’t want to lose the endorsement/money

People said the same during Nazi Germany and were similarly shouted down.

    9. After having hundreds- even thousands of videos, pictures, and first hand testimony say they indubitably ARE committing genocide? Yeah, no shit.

Israel (as a government) is an apartheid style, nationalist ethno-state hellbent on wiping out the vast majority of Muslim, but really any in general, people who speak out against them. They starve the general civilian population in Gaza, assassinate journalists, shoot children- for “target practice”? The amount of horrific shit that plagues the internet is insane.

If you disagree (for whatever, morally reprehensible reason) just google it, I’m not linking videos or pictures here- because I take zero pleasure in rewatching images of the corpses of starved children, people shot waiting for “aid”, etc. And that’s a PRIVILEGE, I realize. Many, like hundreds of thousands, upwards of a million people- do not have that privilege. It is their daily life. Drones buzzing overhead, snipers taking potshots at crowds, sifting through sand to find grains of rice to eat.

Western media in particular, but most media in general is compromised, to the point where they’d rather deny the fact that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people, all for the sake of money and lobbying funds.

    10. Yeah, well that will change the minute the war ends because the fundamentals are unchanged. Israel is a democracy that shares all kinds of liberal values with us like curing cancer and they’re surrounded by cultures which are inclined towards despotic corruption with values like terrorizing women and gay people. And over time they will be seen for what they are.

    11. Near the top of the list of examples of how the vast majority of Americans have lost control of their government.

When was the last time 77% of Americans agreed on anything?

America should be embarrassed for being this late to the interpretation game tbh

Most US voters chose Donald Trump. I’m not sure we should be relying on the opinion of the electorate as our moral compass.

This Title has two completely different statements in it. Which is it, „Most Us voters“ or most „Democrat“ voters?

Sorry gang, I’m not compromising on my stance to oppose genocide. Somebody who supports Israel and attempts to minimize what they are inflicting on the Middle East, while saying that we will continue to send tax dollars over there to fund their universal health care, subsidized housing, and national defense will not get my vote.

If you’re willing to compromise on genocide then I don’t know what to say. That’s just the conservative „fuck you, I got mine“ mindset with extra steps. The world can go to hell as long as I can continue to ignore it.

    16. But less than a year ago most Democrats were staunchly defending the genocide and openly advocating for a candidate who did the same. Weird how they only started to oppose it once Biden was out of office. And now they *still* blame people who opposed genocide the entire time for Trump winning the election as if they didn’t earn the loss by supporting it.

    17. Hamas still has hostages. No Western leaders can allow the precedent of „hostages as an ace in the hole“ and will continue to look the other way until the hostages (or at least the 20 still alive ones) are returned or dead.

That’s been the line in the sand for like 18 months. And it will continue to be the line in the sand until the hostages are returned.
