They probably want to see the certificate of registration. You should also have that document
either resend it and say HE is the registration number or photoshop to the bottom as their specifications 😭
When you order an electronic certificate from Ariadni, it comes with 2 numbers at the bottom of the page. Using the 2 numbers, you can check the document’s validity on Ariadni. I am more than sure this is what they are expecting when they are asking for numbers at the bottom.
I have just opened one (2 weeks ago) with this exact document, the certificate of registration of the company and the certificate of the registered address. They were all provided by my lawyer.
I just checked my shareholders certificate, it has 2 numbers at the bottom (Organization number, Record number) as well as the HE number at the top.
