Why end the program now? It’s a drop in the bucket financially, so it’s cruel. Hopefully the retool is the feds making a food voucher program for all kids of needs – urban, rural, doesn’t matter. Starving kids is bad policy, period.

Ms. Idlout MP is essentially complaining that parents in her constituency must now follow the same procedures to apply for benefits that parents in the rest of country follow.
